Privacy Policy

The short version: this website collects nothing unless you fill in the form. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. We don't sell anything to anyone, and you can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.
What we collect when you use this site
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message box — which is usually where your leads come from and how quickly you get to them. Nothing else, and nothing at all if you don't submit the form.
Where it goes when you submit it:
- It's stored in our own database, hosted on Cloudflare, which we control.
- It's forwarded to Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which emails it to us so we actually notice it arrived.
- We record the country your request came from and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address — used only to stop the form being flooded by bots. We do not store the address itself, and the scrambled version can't be turned back into one.
What we don't do
- No analytics. We don't run Google Analytics or any equivalent. We genuinely don't know how many people visit this site.
- No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no retargeting.
- No selling or renting your information. Ever, to anyone.
- No adding you to a marketing list because you filled in the form. You'll get an answer to your question, not a sequence.
The two things that aren't us
Fonts. This page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address in order to serve the font files. We'd rather it didn't, and we may self-host them later; we're telling you because it's true today.
Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs and may set a security cookie to tell real visitors apart from bots. That's infrastructure, not marketing, and we can't see anything useful about you from it.
If we emailed you first
We run outbound email, so you may be reading this because we contacted you. If so: your work email address and the details we referenced came from publicly available business information — company websites, public professional profiles, public business records. Personal, non-work information isn't something we collect or use.
If you'd rather not hear from us, reply and say so. That's all it takes. We'll stop immediately and permanently, and we honour it across everything we send — not just the one campaign. You never have to click anything or fill in a form to make it stop.
If you become a client
When we run outbound on your behalf, we handle prospect information on your instructions and for your campaign only. We don't merge one client's data into another's, and we don't reuse a client's list after the engagement ends.
How long we keep things
Enquiries stay in our database so we can find the conversation later. If you'd like yours removed, ask and it's gone — we don't require a reason, and there's no form to fill in.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you or your business, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll deal with it directly.
