Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These cover using this website and sending us an enquiry. They are not the terms of an engagement — if we work together, that gets agreed separately and in writing.
01What this site is
A description of a service. It isn't an offer, a quote, or a contract, and nothing on it forms an agreement between us. This site deliberately quotes no prices, because what an engagement costs depends on what it involves.
02What we don't promise
We don't guarantee meetings, replies, pipeline or revenue, and we say so on the homepage as well as here. Anyone in this industry who guarantees those numbers is either guessing or is incentivised to book you meetings with people who were never going to buy.
What we commit to is the work itself: the targeting, the volume, the sequence discipline, the timing, how replies are handled, and honest reporting on all of it.
03The research quoted on this site
The statistics on the homepage are other organisations' research, cited and linked to the people who produced it. It is not our data and we don't present it as ours. Where a figure is a reasoned estimate rather than a measurement, or covers something adjacent to what we do rather than what we do itself, the site says so on the card.
None of it predicts your results. It describes a market; your campaign is a specific thing that has to be run and measured on its own terms.
04Our own numbers
The results section is empty because we have no results worth reporting yet, and it stays empty until we do. Any figure that appears there in future will come from real campaign records and will state the period it covers.
05If you send us an enquiry
- Please give us accurate information — a useful answer depends on it.
- Sending an enquiry doesn't oblige you to buy anything, or us to take the work.
- We may tell you this isn't a good fit for your business. That happens, and we'd rather say it early.
- What you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
06If we work together
Scope, fees and notice are set out in a written agreement before anything starts. In any engagement, you remain responsible for the truth of the claims we make on your behalf — what your business does, what it delivers, and any figures you ask us to use. We won't send a claim we've been told is inaccurate.
Any sequence stops immediately when a recipient asks it to. That isn't negotiable, and it applies regardless of what a campaign's targets are.
07Content on this site
The wording, design and materials here belong to Followup Magnet. You're welcome to quote or link to it with attribution; please don't republish it wholesale as your own. Third-party names or research referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.
08Availability and liability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it or from relying on general information published here rather than on advice given to you directly about your own business.
09Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we don't apply changes retrospectively to work already agreed.

Questions about any of this: hamsa@followupmagnet.com. If something here is unclear, ask before you commit to anything — we'd rather answer up front.
